Blueberry Salad
Blueberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. pkg. blackberry jello, 2 c. boiling water, 15 oz. blueberries, drained or 2 c. fresh, 8 1/4 oz. crushed pineapple, drained and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve jello in water.
Drain juice from berries and pineapple to make 1 cup; add to jello.
Stir in berries and pineapple.
Pour into 2-quart dish; cover and refrigerate until firm.
Combine cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla.
Spread over salad and sprinkle with nuts.
