Blueberry Salad
Blueberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. black cherry jello, 1 can crushed pineapple, 1 can blueberry pie filling, 1/2 pt. sour cream and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add pineapple, lemon juice and pie filling.
Pour mixture in lightly greased dish (9 x 9-inch) and refrigerate until set.
Blend sour cream and softened cream cheese together.
Stir in sugar and vanilla.
After salad has congealed, spread cream cheese mixture on top.
Chill.
Serve on lettuce leaf.
