Blueberry Pudding Cake

Put blueberries in bottom of 8 x 8-inch pan.
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, melted shortening, 1/2 cup sugar and milk. Spread over berries.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch and water. Pour over mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serve warm or cold with whipped topping.
