Blueberry Pudding
Blueberry Pudding is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. blueberries, 1 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 3 tbsp. butter and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place blueberries in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and cinnamon.
Cream 3/4 cup sugar with butter.
Add milk.
Sift baking powder, salt and flour.
Add to butter mixture. Spread batter over blueberries.
Mix 1 cup sugar, salt and cornstarch.
Sprinkle over batter.
Pour 1 cup boiling water over; do not stir.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour.
Serve with whipped cream or sauce.
