Blueberry Pudding
Blueberry Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh blueberries, 1 c. graham cracker crumbs, 3 tbsp. melted butter, 1/4 c. sugar and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix together the last 4 ingredients.
Place 1 cup of blueberries in bottom of 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Cover berries with 1/2 of crumb mixture.
Place second cup of blueberries over crumbs.
Top berries with remaining crumbs and press down firmly with a spoon.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Serve warm or cold with whipped cream or ice cream.
