Blueberry Pudding
Blueberry Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. blueberries, juice of 1 lemon, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 3/4 c. sugar and 3 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix blueberries, lemon and cinnamon.
Place in a well buttered 8-inch square pan, 2-inches deep.
Cream sugar and butter. Add milk. Sift baking powder with flour and salt and add to butter mixture.
Spread this over berries.
Mix together the additional sugar with cornstarch and salt.
Sprinkle over batter.
Pour the cup of boiling water over the top but do not stir. Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour.
Serve with whipped cream.
