Blueberry Pie
Blueberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 baked 9-inch pie crust, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. water, 1 tsp. water and 2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries, divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pour 1 1/4 cup blueberries into pie crust.
Spread evenly and set aside.
Combine 1 cup blueberries, sugar, cornstarch and water in medium saucepan.
Cook and stir over low heat until thickened. Remove from heat.
Stir in margarine and vanilla.
Pour over blueberries in pie crust.
Chill.
Spoon whipped topping around edge. Garnish with 1/4 cup fresh blueberries.
