Blueberry Pie
Blueberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen, 2/3 c. water, 1 c. white sugar, 3 tbsp. cornstarch and 1/3 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil 1 cup of blueberries in water for 3 minutes.
Mix together sugar, cornstarch, 1/3 cup water, and salt and add to boiling blueberries.
Cook until thick, add butter.
Cool, and add 3 cups blueberries.
Pour into a 9 inch baked pie shell.
Chill, then serve with whipped cream.
