Blueberry Pie
Blueberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 frozen deep-dish pie crusts, thawed, 3 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/4 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat the oven to 400°.
Put blueberries, sugar, flour and cinnamon into mixing bowl. Pour blueberry mixture into pie crusts. Cut margarine into small pieces.
Put them on top of the blueberry mixture.
Wet your fingers with cold water and run them along the top edge of the bottom pie crust.
Turn the remaining crust upside-down on top of the blueberries and crust together. Cut slits in the top crust to let steam escape.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until lightly brown at 350°.
