Blueberry Nut Crunch
Blueberry Nut Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can crushed pineapple, 2 c. blueberries, 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 c. sugar, divided into 3/4 c. and 1/4 c. and 1/2 c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Lightly grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Spread undrained pineapple over bottom of pan.
Add layer of blueberries and sprinkle on 3/4 cup sugar.
Spread dry cake mix over all.
Drizzle melted butter over cake.
Top with nuts and sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup sugar over nuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Take from oven; cut down to bottom of pan to let juice rise.
Return to oven and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
Let cool and serve.
