Blueberry Nut Crunch
Blueberry Nut Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 c. sugar, 1 stick butter, 1 can crushed pineapple and 3 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Spread undrained pineapple in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Spread washed and drained blueberries over pineapple and sprinkle with 3/4 cup sugar.
Dump yellow cake mix on top.
Add chopped nuts sprinkled over cake mix and then sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar.
Drizzle with melted stick butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes then, using knife, make several slices through mixture and return to oven for 20 minutes more.
