Blueberry Muffins
Blueberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 c. cake or pastry flour, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 3/4 c. frozen blueberries (dusted with cake flour), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream together first 4 ingredients. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add milk slowly while mixing.
Fold in frozen blueberries just prior to spooning batter into greased or paper lined tins.
