Blueberry Jam
Blueberry Jam is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice, thawed, 1 envelope plain gelatin, 5 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Pour apple juice and gelatin in a saucepan.
Allow to soften for several minutes.
In the blender, finely chop blueberries, one cup at a time.
Add lemon juice, spices and 2 cups chopped berries to gelatin.
Heat over medium-low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat.
Stir in remaining berries and mix well.
Pour into jars or plastic containers.
Store in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
