Blueberry Dessert
Blueberry Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 c. margarine, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 (8 oz.) container cool whip and 1/2 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Melt margarine.
Add crumbs and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Mix and spread in 8 x 11-inch or 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar, then fold in Cool Whip.
Spread over layer of crumbs, then spread prepared pie filling over cream cheese mixture.
Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Serves 12.
