Blueberry Delights
Blueberry Delights is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix cream cheese and sugar together.
Add eggs, vanilla and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Put cupcake papers in muffin tin.
Place one vanilla wafer in bottom.
Spoon mixture in cupcake paper about 2/3 full.
Bake at 375Β° for 18 minutes.
Top with blueberry pie filling.
