Blueberry Crunch
Blueberry Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can undrained pineapple, 1 qt. fresh or frozen blueberries, drained, 1 yellow or white cake mix, 1 stick melted margarine and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Spread pineapple in pan.
Spread the berries on top of pineapple.
Sprinkle 3/4 cup of sugar on berries.
Spread dry cake mix over berries.
Drizzle melted butter on top of cake mix.
Sprinkle nuts on top of cake mix.
Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup sugar on nuts.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour or until cake is brown on top.
After cooking for about 25 minutes, take spoon and cut through cake mix so juice can bubble through.
