Blueberry Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1/2 c. butter, melted, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 pt. blueberries and 1 box yellow cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In bottom of 2 1/2-quart casserole, pour pineapple with juice, blueberries and 3/4 cup sugar.
Add dry cake mix, pour melted butter over mixture, top with pecans and add remaining sugar. Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
