Blueberry Coffeecake
Blueberry Coffeecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter (1 c.), 1 c. honey, 4 eggs, 1 pt. sour cream and 2 c. whole wheat flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cream butter.
Stir in honey, eggs and sour cream.
Sift in flours, baking soda and baking powder.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Pour half the batter into a greased and floured 9-inch Bundt pan.
Cover with a layer of blueberries mixed with half the sugar/cinnamon mix.
Pour in remaining batter.
Top with remaining sugar/cinnamon.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
