Blueberry Cobbler
Blueberry Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cup self-rising flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk, 1 stick butter and 3 pt. blueberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Heat 1 stick butter in 7 1/2 x 11 3/4 inch dish.
Mix flour, sugar and milk.
Pour mixture over hot butter in dish.
Rise and drain 3 pints blueberries. Spread berries evenly over surface. Top by sprinkling 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar. Bake for about 50 minutes. Serve hot and add small scoop of vanilla ice cream.
