Blueberry Cobbler
Blueberry Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick oleo, 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour, 1/2 c. shortening (butter flavor), 1/3 c. milk and 1 qt. fresh blueberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt stick of oleo in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put shortening into flour.
Add milk.
Make dough and divide in half.
Roll out and put 1/2 in bottom of pan.
Put blueberries on first half of dough.
Put other half of dough on top of the blueberries.
Heat water and sugar, but do not boil.
Pour mixture over top.
Bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour.
