Mix together the flour and baking powder and set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat the egg and add the sugar, mixing well.
Add the margarine.
Alternately add the flour and milk.
Fold in the blueberries.
Bake in a greased and floured 9 inch pan at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Can be doubled.
