Blueberry Cake
Blueberry Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. oleo, 2 tbsp. baking powder and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix flour, sugar and oleo until crumbly.
Save 1/2 mixture for topping.
To remaining mixture, add baking powder, salt, egg yolks and milk.
Beat 2 egg whites until stiff; fold into batter.
Pour into greased pan.
Sprinkle with blueberries and reserved topping. Bake at 350Β°.
