Blueberry Bread
Blueberry Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, 2/3 c. oil, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. buttermilk or sour milk and 2 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix brown sugar, oil, vanilla and buttermilk.
Sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
Add to brown sugar mixture.
Add blueberries and nuts.
Grease and flour 2 bread pans.
Pour in batter.
Top batter with mixture of white sugar, oleo and cinnamon.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 60 minutes.
Cool before removing from pans.
To freeze, refrigerate overnight first.
