Blueberry Batter Pudding

Mix 1/3 cup sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and lemon rind.
Stir in boiling water.
Pour over blueberry mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes or until golden brown and pick inserted near center comes out clean.
