Blonde Brownies
Blonde Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, dash of baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/3 c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Sift dry ingredients together into a bowl and set aside. Combine butter and brown sugar; blend well.
Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
Add dry ingredients and chocolate bits; mix well. Spread into a greased baking pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
Cool and cut into squares.
Top with ice cream, if desired.
Makes about 24 squares.
