Bloat Buster
Bloat Buster is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 tsp. vegetable oil, 1 c. chopped onions, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 2 tsp. minced garlic and 2 c. cooked white beans (cooked without salt), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat.
Add onions and celery; cover and cook, stirring until tender, 5 minutes.
Stir in garlic; cook 30 seconds.
Add beans, squash, carrots, chicken broth, water, lemon peel, pepper and thyme.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and boil gently, uncovered, until vegetables are tender, 20 minutes.
