Blintz Loaf is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 1 lb cottage cheese, 1/2 c bisquick, 3 tbsp sugar and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt butter and blend with cottage cheese in a bowl with mixer until smooth.
Slowly add Bisquick and sugar.
Blend well. Add eggs one at at time.
Pour mixture into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes. Serve with jam and/or sour cream.
