Blender Pecan Pie
Blender Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 2/3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. light corn syrup and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Put eggs, sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter and vanilla into blender bowl.
Blend well.
Add 1 cup pecans and blend just enough to chop nuts coarsely.
Pour into pie shell.
Place halves on top. Bake at 350Β° until done.
