Blender Pecan Pie
Blender Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 2/3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. white corn syrup and 2 tbsp. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
👨🍳 Instructions
Put eggs, sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter and vanilla extract in blender and blend well.
Add 1 c. pecans and blend just enough to chop nuts coarsely.
Pour into pie shells and place pecan halves on top.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and bake an additional 30 minutes.
