Blender Egg Custard
Blender Egg Custard is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. bisquick, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1/4 c. oleo, very soft or melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Blend for 3 minutes.
Pour in a 9-inch deep pie dish that has been sprayed with Pam (I use butter flavor) and let stand for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts, coconut or nutmeg, if desired.
Bake in a 350Β° preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour.
