Blender Chicken Pâté
Blender Chicken Pâté is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. butter, 2 medium onions or 6 shallots, 1 c. chicken livers, 1 tart apple, peeled, cored and chopped and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Melt butter in large skillet.
Peel and chop onions or shallots.
Add to butter.
Cook until tender.
Add chicken livers and apple.
Cook and turn gently until pink.
Add salt and pepper to taste and the marjoram.
Place in blender.
Add eggs.
Blend until smooth.
Add brandy.
Blend again.
Place in small crock. Cool, then refrigerate covered.
