Blender Cheese Cake
Blender Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 graham crackers, 1/2 c. oleo, melted, 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 pkg. lemon jello and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Graham crackers; combine oleo and press into bottom

Pour boiling water into blender container. Add gelatin and process in blender until gelatin is dissolved. Add juice and 1 cup of cottage cheese; process until smooth.
Repeat until all blended.
Pour into large mixer bowl and add Cool Whip.
Blend well and pour over graham cracker crust.
Chill until firm. Top with pie filling if desired.
