Blend of the Bayou
Blend Of The Bayou is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 stick margarine, 1 lb. peeled, raw shrimp, 1 large onion, chopped and 1 large bell pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt cream cheese and butter.
Saute shrimp, onion, pepper and celery in 2 tablespoons butter and add to first mixture.
Add soup, mushrooms, seasonings, crab meat and rice.
Mix well.
Place in a 2-quart casserole dish and top with grated cheese and cracker crumbs.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350Β°, or until bubbly. Serves 8 and leftovers freeze well.
