Blackberry Cobbler
Blackberry Cobbler is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 22 minutes. Made with c. fresh blackberries, washed and drained, c. sugar, c. water, c. flour and pie crust for 2 pie shells, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Line baking dish with pie crust.
Mix 1 cup sugar and 1 cup flour together.
Put 1/2 of this mixture into pan (over the crust). Mix remaining sugar and flour mixture into the blackberries.
Add this onto the crust and sugar layer.
Add the remaining 2 cups sugar on berries.
Add enough water to cover the berries.
Top with crust.
Sprinkle top with a little sugar.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is brown and berries are done.
