Blackberry Cake
Blackberry Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 2 c. blackberries and 3 c. plain flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs; beat well after each addition.
Add blackberries, juice also.
Then together add flour, soda and all spices.
Pour into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350Β° or bake 55 to 60 minutes in a tube pan.
Use icing of choice.
I use cream cheese!
