Mix first 5 ingredients in baking pan with fork; then make 3 holes in top.
Hole 1
Put cooking oil.
Hole 2
Put vinegar. Hole 3
Put vanilla.
Then pour 2 cups water over top and mix in pan with fork.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
