Black Magic Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 oz. soy sauce, 5 oz. catsup, 15 oz. 7-up, 1 stick butter or margarine and 1 large onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onions in butter until tender.
Then place all ingredients in a gallon jar and mix.
Fill jar with deer steaks or meat of your choice.
Let marinate for 2 to 3 days in refrigerator before using.
May add fresh meat up to 3 weeks.

Can be cooked on the grill or fried on the stove.
