Black Forest Trifle
Black Forest Trifle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chocolate cake, prepared in 9 x 13 pan, 1 box white chocolate pudding mix, 1 c. sour cream (light), 1 (6 oz.) cool whip (lite) and 1 can cherry pie filling, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Take strawberry jello and dilute with water.
Add lemon juice.
Let cool a little.
Pour over layers in bowl.
Set aside for several hours or overnight in a cool place.
Don't panic if bananas turn a little dark.
When mixture is set, fix vanilla custard (I use several packages of instant vanilla pudding) and cover layers about 1-inch.
Cover all layers with whipped cream (I use about 3 1/2 pints of whipping cream).
Let set for about 1 hour in refrigerator.
