Black Cat Cookies
Black Cat Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 egg and 2 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix thoroughly the shortening, sugar and vanilla.
Blend in egg and milk.
In separate bowl, sift remaining ingredients.
Add to first mixture; blend well.
Drop by teaspoon 2-inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Grease bottom of glass; dip in sugar and use to flatten dough.
Bake at 400Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
While still hot, place Hershey's Kiss in center of cookie, 2 chocolate chips for head and 1 for tail.
With toothpick, spread chocolate to make cat shape.
