Black Bottom Cupcakes
Black Bottom Cupcakes is an impressive dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 26 minutes. Made with (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, egg, c. sugar, . salt and (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate tidbits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix together cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt; beat well.
Stir in chocolate tidbits; set aside.
Sift flour, 1/2 cup sugar, cocoa, soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt into mixing bowl.
Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; beat well. Fill baking cups 1/3 full of chocolate batter.
Top each with a heaping teaspoonful of cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
