Black Bottom Cupcakes
Black Bottom Cupcakes is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature, 1 egg, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Using a wooden spoon, blend cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt.
Carefully fold in chocolate chips; set aside. Combine dry ingredients in bowl and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
Fill cupcake papers 3/4 full. Drop 1 heaping tablespoonful cream cheese mixture into center of each.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
