Black Bottom Cupcakes
Black Bottom Cupcakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, and salt.
In another container, beat together the water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla.
Gradually add to dry ingredients, stirring just until blended.
Fill 18 paper lined cupcake cups about half full of batter.
Top each with 1 tablespoon of Chocolate Chip Filling and about 1/2 teaspoon walnuts.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 25 minutes, or until top springs back when gently pressed.
