Drain cherry juice and save.
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add the drained cherry juice and lemon juice.
Cool until mixture begins to thicken, then add cherries, celery and nuts.
Put in 9 x 9-inch pan.
Refrigerate.
When firm, cut into squares and set each square on a lettuce leaf.
Serves 4 to 6.
