Black Beans
Black Beans is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. black beans, 10 c. water, 2/3 c. olive oil, 1 big onion, minced and 4 cloves garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Wash beans and put them in water for several hours.
Cook them in same water.
In a separate pan, heat the 2/3 cup olive oil. Saute the onion, green pepper and garlic; add to beans.
Also add salt, pepper, oregano, lauren leaf and sugar.
Bring to boil; cook for another hour.
Add vinegar and dry wine and cook at low heat for another hour.
When ready to serve, add the 2 teaspoons olive oil.
