Black Bean Wraps
Black Bean Wraps is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded monterey cheese with peppers, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 tsp. salt and 2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, rinsed and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Beat cream cheese, cheese, sour cream and salt at medium speed with an electric mixer until thoroughly blended.
Set cheese mixture aside.
Process beans and salsa in a food processor until smooth. Spread bean mixture evenly over tortillas; top each evenly with cheese mixture, spinach, peppers and olives.
Roll tortillas tightly (can wrap in plastic and chill if desired).
Heat in oven at 350Β° until warm.
