Black Bean Dip
Black Bean Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans black beans, drained, 16 oz. container sour cream, 2 c. shredded cheese (cheddar or mixture of your favorites) and 1 green onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain black beans.
Pour into 9 x 12-inch pan.
Chop onion finely with stems and mix into black beans.
Spread sour cream over top of bean mixture; you may use as much or as little sour cream as you like.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Cover with shredded cheese and heat until melted.
Serve hot with tortilla chips.
