Black Bean Dip
Black Bean Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, not drained, 1 tsp. chili powder, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. black pepper and 1 tsp. ground cumin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain beans, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid.
Combine beans, reserved liquid, chili powder, salt, pepper, cumin and hot pepper sauce in a blender.
Process until smooth.
Combine onion and garlic in a nonstick skillet or saucepan.
Cover and cook over low heat until onion is soft and translucent.
Uncover and cook until slightly browned.
Add chilies and cook 3 minutes more. Add bean mixture and mix well. Garnish with pepper strips.
Serve with corn tortilla chips. Serve hot or cold, either way it's delicious!
