Bittersweet Truffles is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 3/4 c. cocoa, 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat; stir in 3/4 cup cocoa.
Gradually add condensed milk, stirring constantly, until smooth.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth (about 3 minutes).
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Pour mixture into a lightly greased 8-inch square pan. Cover mixture and chill at least 2 hours and cut into squares.
