Bisquick Mix
Bisquick Mix is an easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. self-rising flour, 1 tbsp. cream of tartar, 1/2 c. sugar and 3 c. crisco or whatever shortening you want to use, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Sift all dry ingredients together in a very large bowl.
Cut in the shortening until mixture is the consistency of corn meal. Store in covered container at room temperature.
Use just like Bisquick.
