Bisque Tortoni
Bisque Tortoni is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg yolks, 1/4 c. confectioners sugar, 2 tbsp. brandy or white vermouth, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 2 egg whites, whipped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In small bowl, beat yolks with sugar until fluffy.
Stir in liquid (vanilla and brandy).
Fold egg yolks into egg whites and the egg white mixture into the whipped cream.
Stir in crushed macaroons.
Fill 8 cupcake papers or pretty dessert glasses. Serve with chocolate laced cookies.
